Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

The contractor shall perform the following duties with a customer first mindset:

  • Responsible for the entire quality program to include visitor and badging services, maintenance services, and asset management.
  • Assist the Program Manager to develop and analyze metrics to measure performance and produce reports to the COTR and CO.
  • Assist the Program Manager to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of CDRLS, accounting of inventory, and running the continuous improvement program.
  • Ensure accurate and timely Configuration Management is implemented across the board.
  • Look for new ways to improve productivity and cut costs;
  • Provides QA leadership and direction for team
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for resolutions;
  • Manage QMS to ensure facility and operations comply to standards;
  • Monitor daily QMS operations and communicate with key stakeholders regarding quality;
  • Work with design team to implement corrective actions and improve process and overall product;
  • Monitors processes for compliance;
  • Performs and oversees process and procedures audits and conducts periodic quality training with employees.
  • Responsible for keeping precise systems, processes and equipment in compliance and calibrated.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university
  • 5 years of quality or configuration management experience
  • 5 years of recent network configuration and management experience
  • Core Qualifications for the Security System and Technologies Administrator
  • US Citizen
  • Clearance Requirement- TS/SCI + Poly

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of relevant technical expertise, specifically with LENEL systems
  • 5 years of recent security system and technologies technical expertise
  • Experience working within physical security systems to include gates, fences, bollards, barricades, sensor systems
