Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the product owner and development team to prioritize and deliver user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the development team.
• Coordinate and manage the Zero Trust Architectural Software Development and Sustainment tasks according to Agile principles.
• Ensure adherence to the industry Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and government policies.
• Oversee the development and testing of Zero Trust Software, providing in-depth demonstrations as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on software capabilities, process improvement, and policy enhancement.
• Work closely with the development team in the creation and maintenance of UI/UE using modern web development technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, C#).
• Develop Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to support ZTA software and capability integration.
• Collaborate with the team to design, code, test, debug, and document software components.
• Develop high-level system design diagrams and architectures, encompassing software, hardware, and communications to meet present and future cross-functional requirements.
• Act as a bridge between the development team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Work closely with government counterparts to understand project requirements and address any challenges users may face through effective UI/UX design.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience:
  • Three (3) years of experience
• Clearance:
  • Must possess Secret Clearance.
