Data Collections Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Data Collections Manager is responsible for implementing the data management strategy, ensure data is high-fidelity, and identify data gaps and redundancies. This individual will be responsible for the overall quality and consistency of data for solution as well as the general management of routine and customized reporting, data enrichment and oversight of information supporting routine and special projects.

• Experience navigating, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing large amounts of data.
• Basic familiarity with cyber threat intelligence/analytic processes and concepts (e.g., TTPs, IOCs, MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, etc.).
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with modern database and information technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems for a variety of technical and non-technical audiences as well as for senior leadership.
• Experience understanding the data needs of a diverse set of stakeholders, including federal and non federal cyber threat analysts, CISO-level decision makers, service managers, and CISA-internal stakeholders (e.g., other CISA platform owners and service managers and senior leadership).
• Ability to translate raw data into meaningful trend analyses, reports, and briefings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience providing data management services related to the Provider offered CTI platform.
• Secret Clearance
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or similar
