Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Extensive knowledge of DoD and Army CAC/PKI policy, procedures, and guidance
  • Experience in leading a 24x7 geographically dispersed team supporting a major command or organization in the deployment and support of the CAC/PKI environment
  • Experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting CAC/PKI metrics and status
  • Sustaining engineering expertise in applications and technologies comprising Public Key Infrastructure.
  • Operational experience in Active Directory, ActivClient, Hardware Security Module, OCSP, and Certificate Authority and smart card enablement.
  • Experience in Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), Apache HTTP servers.
  • Experience with the DoD CAC PIN reset program and workstations.
  • Operational experience of CAC/PKI technologies, CAC enabled Active Directory domains, and virtualization technology.
  • Operational knowledge of Army PKI and Joint Informational Environment PKI efforts.
  • Expertise in Microsoft OCSP; Axway Validation Suite; and CoreStreet Validation Suite.
  • Operational expertise on Smart Tokens, PKI, Certificate Revocation, CAC Pin Reset, PKE, biometrics, logical and physical access, tactical PKI, and directory services.
  • Extensive experience in applications comprising the public key infrastructure and key management infrastructure.
  • Experience in development of Army CAC/PKI training plans and documentation.

  • BA/BS degree w/12+ yrs
  • Minimum of 12+ years of related IT experience
