Service Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides Service Delivery and Resource Management Support across large complex DOD program ensuring standardization, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Develop IT service delivery processes and strategies to ensure quality services and task order requirements are met

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Top-Secret clearance
• ITIL V4 Certification
• Extensive knowledge in ITIL processes, with particular emphasis on Change, Release, and Configuration Management for enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge and understanding of enterprise NetOps tools, procedures, and operational constructs to include ITIL based business processes.
• Experience using ServiceNow
• Technical knowledge in one or more areas Network, Servers, or Cloud Services.
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor
