Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish, refine, and oversee IT service delivery to internal and external customers.
  • Ensure that policies and processes are in place to deliver consistent, efficient, and effective services.
  • Engage customers, evaluate their feedback, and develop quality improvement processes.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Managing finances and budgets.
  • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of a TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience directly related to IT
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Good resource planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing technical/support teams in a related subject area to that of the
  • Experience utilizing IT service
  • Experience performing in medium to large scale operations of IT Service
  • Experience utilizing service delivery in a government systems and services
  • Experience utilizing Agile development, DevOps, and knowledge
  • ITIL
