Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
  • Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts.
  • Translates detailed design into computer software.
  • Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product.
  • Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency.
  • Provides technical direction to programmers, as required, to ensure that program deadlines are met. 
  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of existing RPA applications to ensure their stability, reliability, and performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to RPA applications promptly to minimize downtime and service interruptions.
  • Develop and implement enhancements and upgrades to RPA applications based on evolving requirements and user feedback.
  • Ensure all applications comply with relevant security standards and policies.
  • Monitor application performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify potential risks associated with RPA applications and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Oversee the integration of RPA solutions with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure RPA applications meet required standards and specifications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience:
    • Six (6) years relevant experience
    • Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models
    • Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools. Developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment
    • Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development
    • Experience as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS, knowledge of computer equipment, and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives
  • Certifications:
    • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II
      • CCNA Security
      • CySA+
      • GICSP
      • GSEC
      • Security+ CE
      • SSCP
      • CND
      • CASP+ CE
      • CCNP Security
      • CISA
      • CISSP (or Associate)
      • GCED
      • GCIH
      • CCSP
    • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  • Education:
    • Master’s degree required
  • Clearance:
    • Must possess a Secret clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
