TekSynap seeks a distinguished Supply Manager to lead our team in providing unparalleled logistical support for the 160th Signal Brigade. This crucial position involves managing the comprehensive supply operations within the Brigade and Battalion Headquarters, ensuring compliance with DoD and Army supply policies and regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of logistical efficiency. As the Supply Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper management of supply functions, including maintaining accurate property books, handling equipment distribution, and ensuring the readiness of all logistical assets. You will play a vital role in maintaining the logistical readiness of the Brigade, coordinating and integrating various supply functions to achieve efficient and effective support. Your duties will encompass a broad spectrum of supply management functions, including maintaining an active Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) account, managing excess equipment and redistributing it throughout the Brigade, and assisting the Property Book Officer (PBO) in ensuring 100% accountability of equipment. You will also be responsible for tracking transportation shipments in AESIP Parts Tracker, preparing Transportation Control and Movement Documents (TCMD) and load plans, and supporting the collection of reports on all equipment within the 160th Signal Brigade.
