Task Order Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing oversight for and have overall accountability of the USAF Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) Task Order.
• Serve as the main POC for all Contractor personnel.
• Have a technical background that facilitates understanding of USG technical requirements and communication with the BIM PMO.
• Have a management background that facilitates supervision of their personnel’s performance.
• Be responsible for overall management and execution of the contract and each task.
• Ensure that all work performed meets the requirements within schedule and staffing constraints of the contract.
• Works closely with PMO/specified personnel to facilitate effective planning and accomplishment of critical objectives in a timely manner.
• Manage all subcontractor interface requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large scale USG Network and Cable Infrastructure Operations & Modernization programs
• Ability and experience to understand complex network deployments across multiple bases operations and associated personnel qualifications and DAF Acquisition.
• Ability to managed multi phased installations across multiple bases
• Ability to manage TO schedules, resources, logistics, supply chain, and materials requirements
• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance

• Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
