Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs across multiple technical domains, including but not limited to:
  • Systems Administration
  • Network Administration
  • Cloud Transformation
  • Application Development and Support
  • Big Data and AI/ML
  • Low Code/No Code Development
  • Systems Architecture
  • Customer Support
  • Systems Engineering and Development
  • IT Cybersecurity
  • IT Operations and Management (O&M)
• Serve as the primary liaison between government stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment of program goals with customer needs.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and government regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and technical teams, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to best practices.
• Foster a collaborative working environment that promotes innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present reports, briefings, and updates to senior leadership and government stakeholders.
• Ensure program compliance with security policies and procedures, maintaining adherence to government security standards.
• Drive process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance program delivery and performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Secret Clearance (or higher)
• PMP or equivalent certification (e.g., PgMP, PMI-ACP).

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT programs in a government or defense environment.

• Demonstrated experience managing IT programs across diverse technical disciplines.

• Strong understanding of government contracting processes, compliance requirements, and risk management.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platform

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• ITIL, SAFe, CSM, or Agile certifications 
• Experience with cloud computing, AI/ML, or cybersecurity initiatives within government programs.
• Familiarity with DoD or federal agency IT environments and security policies.
