RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT programs in a government or defense environment.
Demonstrated experience managing IT programs across diverse technical disciplines.
Strong understanding of government contracting processes, compliance requirements, and risk management.
Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platform
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee complex IT projects in support of a government customer to join our team. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of multiple IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, and managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive efficiency and deliver results.
