Serve as the project manager for one or more large, complex task orders affecting a shared system or mission scope.
Assist the Program Manager in coordination and collaboration with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Task Order-level Managers, and customer agency stakeholders.
Manage the planning, scheduling, and technical execution of task order deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Maintain oversight of daily task order operations and personnel, ensuring compliance with contract terms, security requirements, and performance objectives.
Under the direction of the Program Manager, lead the overall execution of technical solutions aligned with Government expectations.
Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding, maintain training compliance, and support task order-level reporting obligations.
Support the creation and execution of project schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and deliverable tracking.
Lead status meetings, In-Process Reviews (IPRs), and interface with stakeholders for performance updates and strategic alignment.
Ensure the submission of quality documentation, timely reporting, and accurate coordination of all required government deliverables.
Prepare briefings, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing task orders or projects in the IT and/or consulting fields.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility in public and/or private sectors.
Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with Government officials, contract stakeholders, and diverse technical teams.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized Project Management certification.
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required.
Four (4) additional years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Must possess an IT-II level security clearance or have an active National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
