Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Requirements Manager is expected to be able to:

  • Formulate, review, and analyze requirements for both ServiceNow and SharePoint applications
  • Create requirement specifications or user stories
  • Reduce errors by documenting changes to each requirement in real-time
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the tasks at-hand throughout the product lifecycle
  • Identify the potential for improvement
  • Optimize the requirements processes
  • Execute requirement reviews
  • Validate specifications
  • Ensure compliance with industry benchmarks and standards
  • Boost communication between all teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with DoD Acquisition regulations
  • Develop and maintain requirements documentation
  • Using Requirements Management Tools for:
  • Gathering, analyzing, and finalizing requirements
  • Collecting user stories
  • Setting up brainstorming sessions
  • Creating diagrams for process flows
  • Creating a requirements traceability matrix
  • Offering useful features for reporting, versioning, and tracking to support review meetings with stakeholders

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with a CI Poly
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in project delivery roles, preferably in business requirements gathering development roles
  • A University or post-Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Project or Program Management, or related field is preferable
  • A strong technical understanding of requirements methodologies, tools, frameworks, and best practices
  • A strong background in process definition

Overview

We are seeking a Requirements Manager  to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Requirements Manager  plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. They are responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing the requirements for IT systems and projects.
