ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior IT Project Lead will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT projects, from planning and initiation to execution and closure. The individual will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, goal alignment, and smooth delivery. The role demands leadership in guiding technical staff, assessing the business implications of project stages, and ensuring all deliverables meet deadline, budget, and quality expectations.

 

 

SKILLS

  • Plan, initiate, and oversee the execution of complex IT projects.
  • Lead and direct the work of technical personnel, ensuring team alignment and performance.
  • Function as the central point of contact between business units and technical teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and evaluate business impact at each stage.
  • Track project progress and ensure compliance with established deadlines, standards, and cost controls.
  • This is a senior-level position requiring both strategic vision and operational execution in high-security environments.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
  • Applicants must:
    • Possess a Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance with the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.
    • Be a Citizen of the United States of America only – no dual citizenship shall be allowed.
    • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
    • Pass a criminal background check.

 

Overview

The Systems and Data Engineering Services effort requires highly skilled systems support staff to assist in engagement efforts, research support, and office management. Staff will be integral members of a team that provides support that is critical to the execution of the mission. This position supports a government customer who devises policy matters and techniques to be used in complicated investigations, as well as for making a continuous review of investigative procedures and programs. In addition, the customer maintains top-level liaison with officials in the Department of Justice, as well as other Government agencies and foreign law enforcement officials, on matters under the jurisdiction of the FBI for the purpose of coordinating and resolving major policy matters concerning both criminal cases and civil litigations.
