Responsibilities & Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in DoD ICT-SCRM to implement, grow, and mature the ICT-SCRM program.
  • Support risk assessments of hardware and software products prior to acquisition to maintain the integrity of DoD systems.
  • Knowledge of DoDI 5200.44 Trusted Systems and Networking and NIST 800-161.
  • Familiarity with CNSSI-1253 Security Categorization and Control Selection for National Security Systems
  • Using Illumination tools such as Interos, Sayari, Black Kite, etc.
  • Identification of Mission Criticality
  • Usage of DoD Hardware and Software Approved Products Lists
  • Experience with Threat assessments and Risk Modeling
  • Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Request and Assessment Forms, etc.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 to 5 years IT/Cyber experience
  • Associates or Bachelor of Science required.
  • Minimum of Secret clearance required. TS clearance desirable
  • DOD 8570 IAT Level II compliant certification required.
  • Background in Information Technology and/or Cyber Security.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • Understanding of threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigations.
  • Familiar with DoD Information Networks (DoDIN).
  • Research experience a plus.
  • Ability to write well and analytically.
  • Basic understanding of IT supply chain
