Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior program manager to join our team supporting an ITES task order.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale IT contracts of similar size and complexity.
  • Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience briefing senior leadership.
  • Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical discipline able to manage large scale IT contracts of similar size and scope
  • Experience deploying large-scale hardware/software systems across geographically dispersed sites.
  • Familiarity with emerging network infrastructure technologies and enterprise IT best practices.

Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.

Clearance

  • Secret - IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance or Tier 3 (T3) investigation.

Education

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Government for all contract-related matters.
  • Maintain full authority to manage all aspects of the contract and commit organizational resources.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of all contractor personnel and activities, ensuring strict compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and applicable standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage contract performance, including cost, schedule, and quality control.
  • Oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and resolution of issues impacting contract execution.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate effective communication across all levels of Government and contractor teams.
  • Ensure proactive and transparent reporting of contract status and potential risks to the Government.
  • Maintain a continuous on-site presence and respond promptly to all Government inquiries and concerns.
