Responsibilities & Qualifications

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including reviewing resumes and matching candidate skills to open roles
  • Work with recruiters and team members to support staffing needs
  • Update and maintain candidate tracking tools and documentation
  • Help ensure resumes and candidate information meet role and compliance requirements
  • Support internal requests and data needs
  • Participate in team meetings and process improvement efforts
  • Handle candidate information responsibly and confidentially
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current college senior or recent graduate from an accredited college or university
  • Resume and cover letter required
  • Customer service experience & skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ATS experience is a plus
  • Hard-working, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Positive attitude with strong people and communication skills
  • Legal right to work in the United States

Overview

Are you a current college senior or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in government contracting, talent acquisition, and proposal support? TekSynap is seeking a Key Personnel Proposal Recruitment Intern to support our fast-growing proposals and recruitment teams. This internship offers exposure to the federal capture and proposal lifecycle while developing foundational skills in recruiting coordination, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

Internships are designed to provide meaningful, real-world experience. Specific training plans will be developed for each intern and coordinated with the department lead.

 

**We are not taking Human Resources or Benefit interns for summer 2026**
