RESPONSIBILITIES - The Systems Administratoris expected to be able to:  - Configure and support virtual environments including AWS and VMware.   - Maintain various operating systems in a variety of users and activities.   - Apply cybersecurity knowledge to configure IT equipment to proper security standards.   - Install, troubleshoot, and manage applications, systems, and networks.   - Test systems and resolve security vulnerabilities.  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - - Minimum five (5) years of experience as a System Integrator or Administrator.   - Minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in IT, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.   - Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph  - Exposure to AWS (Amazon Web Services), and/or STIGs/IAVA (desired).   - A problem solver who can be given a project and use engineering skills to determine a solution.     - Has, or is willing to gain, more diverse IT skills, including Windows/Linux, networking, and more.   - Able to build systems from the ground up – network architecture/systems engineering.   - Any applicable certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner, and/or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) 2012/2016 

RESPONSIBILITIES The Storage Administratoris expected to be able to:  Responsible for effective provisioning, operation, installation/configuration and maintenance of systems hardware/software/related infrastructure. Provide technical support, guidance and hands-on delivery in the planning, implementation and ongoing operations. The Systems Engineer shall participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values and regulatory requirements. The Systems Engineer shall document specifications, project plans, configurations, test plans and results. Depicts complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences; communicates project objectives, scope and status to project teams.  Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:  - Provide administrative and technical support for current and future storage technologies used by NGA.  - Create, test, implement, and remove backup policies as required for various NGA systems including, but not limited to Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems.  - Install, configure, and remove physical and virtual appliances and servers used for NGA backup operations.  - Perform file and system level restoration using provided backup tools as required.  - Utilize Service Now to document restore requests  - Provide expert knowledge on IT storage vendors in use by NGA: Hitachi, NetApp, Dell EMC, Dell, HPE, Brocade, and Cloud agnostic 3rd party technologies such as Azure Storage and AWS Storage.  - Provide expert knowledge in NGA’s current storage monitoring solutions including, but not limited to Brocade Network Advisor, Brocade SANnav, NetApp OnCommand Unified Manager, NetApp IQ, NetApp OnCommand Insight, EMC Unisphere Central, HP 3PAR Management Server, and Hitachi Command Suite.  - Daily operations for storage administration include:  - Storage Array administration  - LUN / Volume administration  - Fiber switch administration  - Storage File Sharing  - Security Implementation  - Data Migrations  - Pilot Projects / Proof of Concept  - Cloud Tier support and administration  - Other duties as assigned  - - Provide on-call Support to NGA Enterprise Storage mission 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365/366 days per year, including weekends and holidays is required as part of a weekly rotating schedule. This support includes low and high side environments. In addition, this support requires the Contractor to respond to after hour call-back support within 2-hours of notification.   RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct system security engineering and Risk Management Framework (RMF) security authorizations actions developing assessment and authorization (A&A) body of evidence (BOE) documentation, coordinating, and collaborating cybersecurity evaluation actions.  - Carry out system authorization actions to include system categorization, security control implementation and assessment, validation coordination and collaboration.  - Provide system owner system security status and project progress reports.  - Author, review, and submit cybersecurity documentation for information system authorizations, encryption evaluation, and cybersecurity best practices white papers.  - Utilize MS office products to develop documentation and web-based cybersecurity and system authorization collaboration applications (MCCAST) to store documents, evaluate system controls and collaborate with security authorization personnel within and outside of the organization.  - Provide consultation to government customerregarding system encryption capabilities and requirements, RMF policies and regulations, continuous monitoring, and system authorization projects.  - Conduct self-assessments using Vulnerability Assessment Tools (SCC, Nessus, DISA STIG Checklists) to develop reports and evaluate system security posture.  - Develop, update, and track system authorization activities for security authorization projects using Microsoft Project.  - Conduct risk assessments and risk scoring using Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS). Developed test reports listing the actions taken to test systems and cybersecurity test results.  - Develop and implement continuous monitoring programs used to conduct annual security reviews, self-assessments, security controls review, and system security posture reporting.  - Review, interpret, and implement policy for GBAD systems.  - Develop and manage system authorization project management sheets and tasks. Map required tasks to accomplish system authorization. Track task completion and update project sheet accordingly.  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Required Security Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and securing DoD system  - Minimum DoD IAT Level II certification required (i.e. CompTIA Security+)  - In depth understanding of computer security, military system specifications, and DoD cybersecurity policies  - In depth understanding and experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF), and the implementation of cybersecurity boundary defense techniques  - Strong ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in written and oral presentations 

RESPONSIBILITIES The Cloud Engineering Lead is responsible for cloud systems plans and strategy; design, development, and deployment of applications into a Cloud or Hybrid Cloud; and implementation of enterprise infrastructure and platforms required for cloud computing. Cloud Engineering Lead responsibilities include architecting and leading the development and integration of cloud-based information and computer systems that meet specific needs, as identified in the SOW. RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist the intermediate Network Engineer and on-site government personnel in responding to and managing any tickets, alerts, or communications that come into the Network Operations Center. - Follow up with other government and contractor personnel on outstanding ticket updates. - Observe the actions of other contractor personnel to capture and assist with ticket updates or notes for after action reviews. - Provide support to other contractor personnel towards the accomplishment of their responsibilities and duties. - Contribute to reporting and data analysis of the work done under the CLIN by the NOC.
