RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide support for the facilitation of AV/VTC events to include setup, coordination, connection, and troubleshooting. - Provide AV/VTC hardware/software troubleshooting and escalate to higher level tiered support as needed. - Maintain awareness of conference room availability and provide the customer with alternative facility and connection options if a scheduled room is inoperable. - Conduct preventative maintenance and testing of AV/VTC rooms to ensure continued operability. - Prepare scheduled conference rooms at least 15 minutes prior to each event by joining the room to the conference, validating audio and video transmission and quality with meeting attendees/sites, ensuring that presentations are displaying properly (as applicable), and ensuring that cameras and microphones are optimally configured. - Attend scheduled conferences and provide support for camera and microphone control as well as any needed AV/VTC troubleshooting for each event. - Update and maintain SNOW tickets per SLA requirements. - Provide tier I/II enterprise support for USITC AV/VTC equipment to include audio controllers, data interfaces, document cameras (ELMO), Cable TV, miscellaneous AV/VTC equipment and other commonly used peripherals within the Government computing environment. - Contact appropriate vendor repair personnel for warranty and/or proprietary repairs; explain and demonstrate the malfunction; verify repairs fixed the problem. - Provide knowledge transfer to customer in the administration of the AV/VTC system.   - Create user job aides to facilitate setup and operation of AV/VTC sessions without administrator intervention. - After hours/on-call support may be required when approved by the COR/COTR. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: - Two years of AV/VTC support experience including the operation and troubleshooting of control panels, displays, cameras, and microphones. - Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, AMX, and Webex solutions/environments. - Experience developing user guides and training end-users on the operation of AV/VTC equipment. - Clearance: - Must possess a Secret Clearance.
