REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: - Two to Five (5) years of progressive Information Technology (IT) experience including at least two projects in technical areas, including networking and/or Cisco Video Tele-Conferencing. - At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years. - Additional experience in the Video Teleconferencing arena, including deployment, troubleshooting, and supporting VTCs in a dynamic environment. - Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; must be able to provide leadership for other VTC Administrators and training for new VTC Administrators. - Certifications: - DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II - CCNA Security - CySA+ - GICSP - GSEC - Security+ CE - SSCP - CND - Computing Environment Certification - Cisco CLTECH - Cisco Certified Technician Supporting Cisco Collaboration Devices - Clearance: - Must possess Secret Clearance.
