Implements operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Active Secret clearance with T5 investigation  - BS in technical field and at least 12 years of program management experience (some PM experience may originate in the military, but the candidate must have at least 10 years of SME experience in industry) - Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements - Experience leading a large, technically complex organization - Demonstrated success and experience managing contractors in a DoD environment, working with Military and civilian leadership, while obtaining mission success and program profitability. - Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS  - Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or the current highest level of Microsoft certification for Active Directory and IAT Level II Baseline Certification
