The Supplier/Procurement Lead is responsible for defining plans, processes, methods, and tools for ensuring supply chain management and chain of custody for the life of all Government assets to help protect from the inadvertent purchase of counterfeit or illegally modified products. Additionally, the Supplier/Procurement Lead is responsible for all activities associated with researching and recommending cost effective purchase arrangements which will be approved by the Government; supporting the Government's purchase process and coordinating the delivery of purchases; and managing, tracking, and auditing hardware recapitalization, maintenance agreements, and software licensing. The DevOps Lead is responsible for shaping the organization's DevOps strategy and implementation. The DevOps lead will coordinate the efforts of product development teams with that of operations teams to streamline the development process and build and evolve an automated, secure, and scalable continuous delivery pipeline with high-quality, innovative product releases to mission customers. The Systems Security Lead is responsible for applying security principles, practices, and procedures under the RMF to maintain compliance with applicable security regulations, such as CNSSI, NIST, and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), governing the management of classified information systems. The Chief Data Architect is responsible for defining a Big Data implementation framework; translating mission needs into Big Data system, analytic, and visualization tools requirements; and working with multi-disciplinary teams to design, guide engineering solutions, and then explore, examine, and visualize data to extract knowledge and insights from large and complex collections of digital data; responsible for managing digital data that comes from many different data providers; consists of a variety of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data types; and has an enormous volume, varying velocity (periodic static documents to real-time data feeds), and is rapidly growing. RESPONSIBILITIES - Configuration Management Specialist / Configuration Management Specialist III - Documentation and monitoring of procured licenses/certificates (HQ/TO1) Hardware, component devices, and software; manage Configuration Management System; coordinate, review and maintain system and enclave drawings library (6 badge). The Configuration Management Specialist will be responsible for the receipt, issue, management, and renewal tracking of the 45,435 licenses requested under this proposal.  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum of a Secret celarance. - 5 years of related experience. - Experience with Flexera software
