RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform site visits for data collection and evaluation of telecommunications and building technologies systems, equipment, components, and materials for projects with and without well-defined scopes. - Maintain Inside Plant cable infrastructure to include conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, fiber, and all associated elements. - Develop EIPs required for installation of cable racks, wiring of the racks and testing required during installation. - Current on codes and technologies appropriate to the telecommunications and building technologies and design/construction industry. - Follow JSP and commercial best practice procedures, standards and/or provide Engineering Installation Plans (EIPs) required for installation of cable racks, wiring of the racks and testing required during installation. - Support the maintenance and clean-up of 1800 or more telecommunication rooms at the Pentagon, Mark Center and NCR, and outlying buildings under JSP operations. RESPONSIBILITIES - Familiar with BICSI rules, regulations, and standards. - Knowledge in the use of network cabling test equipment including network testers, copper cable testers, fiber OTDRs and fiber power meters. - Analyze, administer, and maintain telecommunications and network cabling infrastructure. - Ensure the baseline configuration of all network assets and point-to-point circuits, are documented, and configured according to DoD and JSP engineering standards. - Ensure all systems are properly baselined, tested, and validated in accordance with DISA’s STIG prior to deployment. - Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of network assets and configurations. - Use cable testing equipment, such as cable testers, multimeters, and optical power meters. - Familiarity with cable management techniques to ensure neat and organized cable runs. - Provide a basic understanding of IP networking concepts, including TCP/IP, subnetting, and VLANs. - Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, adhering to safety protocols at all times. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: - 3+ years of related telecommunications experience - 3+ years of experience working as a Cable Technician within the DOD environment - Education: - Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience - Certifications:  - Related certifications for Fiber Optic Cable and CAT6 Cable Installation - Clearance: Must possess a Secret clearance

RESPONSIBILITIES - Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and fix issues of the data network and telephony systems (ISDN, VoIP, VoSIP, Teleconferencing Devices etc.), and associated technologies in conformity with DoD processes and standards. - Possess customer service and support skills in a high visibility environment. - Knowledge of the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP)/IP protocol suite and must be well-versed with the MAC and IP addresses. - Problem analysis and problem solving. - Provide attention to detail and accuracy. - Monitor the performance and health of voice network infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve voice network-related incidents, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. - Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of voice network solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. - Collaborate with network architects and engineers to develop and implement voice network enhancements and upgrades. - Configure and manage voice protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, ensuring compatibility and interoperability with existing systems. - Implement Quality of Service (QoS) policies to prioritize voice traffic and ensure high-quality voice communication. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: - 3+ years of related Voice Technician experience - 3+ years of related IT/telecommunications experience working within the DOD environment - Education: - Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience - Certifications:  - One or more active network certifications OR related Telephony Certifications from Avaya, Nortel, AT&T, etc. - Clearance: Must possess a Secret clearance

RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, design, and implementation of complex telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. - Serve as a subject matter expert on telecommunications technology and best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues and stakeholders across the organization. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of telecommunications infrastructure systems and processes. - Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for the evolution of telecommunications infrastructure, considering emerging technologies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. - Outstanding mathematics and IT abilities. - Perform site visits for data collection and evaluation of telecommunications and building technologies systems, equipment, components, and materials for projects with and without well-defined scopes - Maintain Inside Plant cable infrastructure to include conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, fiber, and all associated elements. - Develop EIPs required for installation of cable racks, wiring of the racks and testing required during installation. - Current on codes and technologies appropriate to the telecommunications and building technologies design/construction industry. - Follow JSP and commercial best practice procedures, standards and/or provide Engineering Installation Plans (EIPs) required for installation of cable racks, wiring of the racks and testing required during installation. - Support the maintenance and clean-up of 1800 or more telecommunication rooms at the Pentagon, Mark Center and NCR, and outlying buildings under JSP operations. Tasks include on-site assessments, weekly reporting of survey findings (barring exceptional circumstances), devising maintenance strategies for improvements, and ensuring compliance with EIA/TIA 568A & 568B Standards and related regulations. - Perform 24/7/365 break fix on all Inside Plant cable infrastructure. - Knowledge of structured cabling systems from an installation and basic design perspective. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: - 10+ years of relevant experience as a RCDD - 3+ years as senior or lead RCDD in planning, and designing cable infrastructure that supports the DoD environment - Education: - Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field - Certifications: - Registered Communications Distribution Designer certification - Clearance: Must possess a Secret clearance

RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Primary Technical Control Facility (PPTCF) and Pentagon Alternate Technical Control Facility (PATCF), ensuring the provision of state-of-the-art technical control services, telecommunications network management, circuit engineering, and equipment maintenance. - Oversee day-to-day operations of the Technical Control Facility Service Desk. - Troubleshoot and maintain all networks, equipment, and circuits under PPTCF purview. - Prepare and maintain monthly reports on trouble ticket status, circuit history, and trend analysis. - Ensure compliance with DISA regulations, standards, and local SOPs. - Demonstrate knowledge in maintaining the operational status of a Tech Control facility. - Knowledge of Tech Control equipment such as Switches, Encryption devices, Network Operation Consoles, and Circuits. - Demonstrated successful working knowledge and supervision of tech control employees. - Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management. - Must have knowledge in operating and maintaining Tier 2 Tech Control Helpdesk functions and DISAC 310-175-9. - Ability to provide technical directions and supervision, in coordinating, restoring, and reporting functions necessary for effective maintenance of transmission paths and facilities. - Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management Operations and with ITSM best practices. - Knowledge in handling and managing incidents and service requests for activities such as changes, problems, configurations, and requisitions for equipment and services. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: - 5+ years with managing and operating cryptographic facilities. - Education:  - Bachelor’s degree in related field - Clearance: Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance
