The Tier I-NOC Technician provides Network Operations Center support and front-line communications, monitoring, support, diagnosis, and coordination with specialized support groups. Utilize several network monitoring tools to ensure the viability of the network, while responding to a variety of hardware and software issues. RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Technical Control Facility (TCF) Service Desk, specifically focusing on Pentagon Primary Technical Control Facility (PPTCF) and Pentagon Alternate Technical Control Facility (PATCF). - Monitor the Tech Control group email box for DISA ASI messages, coordinate with the ASI team, and process JSP ASI requests. - Oversee all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the Technical Control Facility Service Desk. - Provide Tier-II Work Center support to receive and log trouble calls, track, resolve, and close trouble tickets according to JSP guidelines. - Institute and maintain a Training Program in accordance with DISAC standards. - Develop training plans, conduct in-person training classes, and maintain the Tech Control training lab. - Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing IT operations help desks. - Demonstrated successful working knowledge and supervision of help desk employees. - Knowledge of Tech Control equipment such as Switches, Encryption devices, Network Operation Consoles, and Circuits. - Knowledge of networking and network-based software applications. - Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management. - Must have knowledge in operating and maintaining Tier 2 Tech Control Helpdesk functions and DISAC 310-175-9. - Must have expert knowledge in translating high level functional and technical requirements based on interactions with the user community. - Knowledge in handling and managing incidents and service requests for activities such as changes, problems, configurations, and requisitions for equipment and services. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: - 5+ years with help desk support and operation in a DoD IT environment - 5+ years providing customers with day-to-day support by responding to, documenting, tracking, resolving, and managing customer issues, questions, and requests. - Certifications: - HDI Support Center Manager or equivalent - Education: - Bachelor’s degree in related field - Clearance: Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance

RESPONSIBILITIES - Overseeing the management, development, execution, and closeout of ECPs within the IT infrastructure and Network Architecture domain. - Coordinating with various stakeholders, including JSP customers, Government Points of Contact (POCs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and other Contractor entities to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of proposed technical solutions while adhering to established guidelines and regulations. - Analyze requirements and assess whether they constitute a Modification Authorization Change (MAC) or an ECP, providing recommendations to relevant authorities. - Document project approach and timeline using Project Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). - Inform COR of project completion, conduct Quality Assurance Inspection, and submit Independent Government Delivery, Receipt, and Acceptance Verification form (DI&A). - Coordinate with JSP customers for timely acceptance or rejection of DI&A forms, ensuring adherence to closeout procedures outlined in the contract. - Solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes. - Proven self-management and team-management skills. - Ability to monitor and control project budgets. - Capability to make decisions under pressure. - Possess expert managerial, leadership and communication skills REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Relevant Experience - 5+ years as a Lead Project Manager. - 5+ years in DoD IT environment. - Certifications: - Project Management Professional Certification - Education: - Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business management, or related field (Required) - Master’s degree (Preferred) - Clearance: Must possess a Secret clearance

RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversees the management and execution of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) within the IT infrastructure and Network Architecture domain. - Coordinating with government stakeholders, analyzing requirements, developing technical solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of ECPs. - Assist JSP customers in formulating network requirements and preparing service tickets. - Engage with COR and ACOR to clarify requirements and develop proposed technical solutions, schedules, and cost estimates for ECPs. - Manage two separate workflows for regular-priority and expedited ECPs, ensuring timely completion within specified timelines. - Ensure accurate breakdown of labor, hardware, software, and services in cost estimates. - Manage and track the status of all ECPs, maintaining an archive of ECP documentation for reference. - Provide monthly reports on ECP status to Government stakeholders. - Develop proposed technical solutions for ECPs based on analyzed requirements. - Initiate closeout process post-installation of requested services. - Must possess expert managerial, leadership and communication skills. - Outstanding mathematics and IT abilities. - Proficient in preparing detailed cost estimate reports. - Proficient in relevant software tools including MS Office. - Proven self-management and team-management skills. - Must possess expert managerial, leadership and communication skills.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: - 5+ years as a Lead Project Manager. - 5+ years in DoD IT environment. - Certifications: - Project Management Professional Certification - Education: - Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required) - Master’s degree (preferred) - Clearance: Must possess a Secret clearance
