  This role will provide support at the corporate level, to our existing and future contracts.   RESPONSIBILITIES   - As a member of a three-person team, the Quality Manager will work under the leadership of the Director of Quality. - Individual will supervise the Quality Administrator - Perform Quality Manager functions to maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 20000:2018, CMMI. RESPONSIBILITIES   The DTRA IT Infrastructure supports approximately 5000 users using distributed operations between the National Capital Region (NCR) and DTRA Albuquerque, NM and supporting facilities on Fort Belvoir, VA, as well as sites in Albuquerque, NM, Eglin AFB, FL, and a variety of CONUS and OCONUS locations. In support of the DTRA IT Systems Administration Group the candidate will support multiple computer networks at various levels of security classification.  - Provide the full range of support services required to manage the day-to-day operations and systems administration of the DTRA IT computing environment, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient availability of the current and evolving DTRA IT services and capabilities. - Support the Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) for the Agency on a 24x7x365 basis, in accordance with requirements for a Defense Agency NOSC and appropriate DoD Directives. - Included in this objective the candidate will maintain real-time situational awareness of the DTRA IT infrastructure and supported environments; shall lead restorative actions to ensure all networks remain up and operational. - Additionally, the NOSC supports the Systems Administration function with vulnerability management, and the contactor shall continuously monitor infrastructure equipment and apply patches and interface with Sys Ad to support the sustainment of over 1,300 servers on three enclaves. - To mitigate security risks, the candidate will coordinate closely with the government and support team responsible for Cybersecurity Support Services (Task Order 2) ensure security upgrades, patches, configurations, and logging are introduced and implemented with appropriate priority commensurate with the level of exposure to potential cybersecurity threats.  - Plan, manage, back up, troubleshoot, fix/repair, install OEM and security patches and upgrades, and monitor the health of the DTRA IT Server and Storage infrastructures to ensure continuous, secure, and efficient access to the full range of DTRA partners.  - Provide application support to various DTRA offices as designated in Service Level Agreements (SLA) with those offices. RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensure daily review of ServiceNow portal customer equipment requests, tasks and tickets are fulfilled in a timely manner, in accordance with DLA Asset Management policies. - Provide daily customer and team support to facilitate both local and regional hardware requirements and requests. - Respond to email requests for information (RFI)s within 24 hours. - Perform cyclical physical inventories of all DLA common use IT equipment. - Monitor stock levels regularly and submit accurate, auditable monthly inventory reports. - Ensure accountability and proper asset lifecycle procedures are used to conform to expected organizational standards and goals. - Conduct all Receiving/Shipping of DLA hardware and ensure all hardware updates are performed in a timely and accurate manner, for all provisioned, transferred, received, and excessed equipment. - Identify and communicate solutions to problematic areas of the asset control process. - Verify the accuracy of the data recorded/updated in the IT Asset Management System (ITAMS) – ServiceNow - to maintain auditable digital hardware records. - Draft correspondence and prepare site inventory reports, as required. - Identify, address, and reconcile asset inventory variances immediately. - Ensure all digital hardware documentation is maintained in accordance with the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA) to preserve auditable records, including but not limited to: contracts, packing slips, bill of lading, transfer document, etc. - Attend weekly team meetings and bi-weekly regional operational meeting to ensure all requirements are addressed. - Ensure work area is kept clean and organized; ensure all site safety standards are maintained; maintain publicly acceptable personal hygiene levels. - Will require onsite travel using personal vehicle, company van, company golf cart or another motorized vehicle.  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Acquire and maintain a secret clearance with IT-II sensitivity. - Ability to gain Forklift certification if local work area requires. - Reliable transportation, and ability to use POV to travel on-site. - Minimum one year of relevant warehouse experience. - Minimum one year of experience entering asset data and extracting reports from automated inventory tracking systems. - Minimum one year of experience in performing physical inventories. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Adobe. - One year of ServiceNow experience. - Experience including accounting work, Power query, Power BI a plus. - US Citizen
